·              Advising vendors, drafting and review of legal documents in a sale and divestment of a global slimming business which involved a total of 30 structured contracts

·              Advising clients and drafting legal documents in the setting up and implementation of a franchise system for a major chain of restaurants

·              Advising joint venture party and drafting legal documents in the sale and joint venture of a fibreboard manufacturing business worth US$21 million

·              Advising vendors and drafting legal documents in the sale and divestment of assets of an electronics manufacturing business worth S$12 million
